Terms of service

The service collects recovery and training data from devices you connect and from what you enter, turns it into a daily readiness score and training load, and gives your coach a place to plan your week and review your sessions. You can use it with or without a paid coaching subscription; some features only work once a coach is assigned to you.

Readiness scores, training load, AI summaries and anything your coach writes in the service are coaching and informational content. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a physician before starting or changing an exercise programme, and stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell during exercise. Never ignore professional medical advice because of something you read in the service.

Physical training carries a risk of injury, illness and, in rare cases, death. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to train, for following the plan sensibly, and for the accuracy of the data you and your devices provide. You take part in training at your own risk.

• Coaches on the platform are independent professionals. Your coaching relationship, including what the coach promises and how you communicate, is between you and your coach; we provide the tools.
• Coaching subscriptions are monthly, priced by the coach and billed through Stripe. When you subscribe you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
• A processing fee is deducted from each payment to cover what Stripe charges to take it; the rest goes to your coach. We do not keep a share of what you pay — coaches pay us separately for their own subscription.
• You can cancel at any time from Profile, Coaching & billing, “Manage billing”, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; the current month is not refunded unless your coach agrees otherwise.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and the subscription may be paused until it succeeds. Prices can change for the following month with notice from your coach.

You agree not to:

• share your password, use someone else’s account, or let anyone else use yours;
• upload data that is not yours or that you do not have the right to share;
• try to access other athletes’ data, probe or overload the service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
• use the service to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful.

Accounts are created by invitation. You must be at least 16 to use the service and must give accurate account details.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, “Delete my account”; this permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to harm the service or other users, or has been inactive for a long time; where reasonable we will tell you first. Ending the account does not cancel amounts already owed.

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but readiness and load are estimates, devices can be wrong, and the service may be interrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your training, from reliance on the service’s content, or from interruptions or data loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Colorado, USA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
